Ian Parkes
Ian founded
soa
development
in 2001. Previous
to that he had five years experience as a Chief Executive/Managing
Director with full profit and loss responsibility for a £17m turnover
business and 110 staff. He believes the secret of a successful business
is a strong emphasis on achieving results through people centred
leadership and management and by building outstanding external
relationships. He has a wide experience of strategy development,
business development, innovation and management of change and is an
experienced chairman and non-executive director, with public and private
sector experience.

Angela Browne
Angela has
20 years project management experience with 10 of those at Senior
Executive Director level. She has successfully managed operations with
in excess of £10m per annum turnover and has extensive experience of
managing complex projects in the public sector. Her expertise is in the
education, vocational training and business development arena has won
her involvement in over 100 projects within the past five years. Angela
has an MSc in Local Economic Development from Glasgow University and a
Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University.

Helen Morgan
Helen is an experienced manager in both a corporate environment and in
the business support sector working with small and medium businesses.
She has strong skills in business and HR strategy having worked for a
large retail company for twelve years and this included responsibility
for learning and development. She also has an excellent understanding
of SMEs, having worked as an Adviser within a business support
organisation and subsequently as a Regional Manager for five years,
managing a team of Advisers across two regions in London. Helen builds
excellent working relationships and is highly committed to achieving
results through people.

Samantha Dowswell
Sam has six
years of project management and delivery experience within both the
private and public sectors. She has worked on a diverse range of change
management projects ranging from CRM & Finance system implementations to
premises relocations. Sam’s strengths in the areas of communication and
engagement and client management development enables her to work with
clients and staff at all levels. She is co-founder and director of a
successful small business.

With a
varied background in project management, Peter’s all round experience

presentation, website design and content management, administration and
after sales. Peter is an entrepreneurial, energetic and positive
individual working in a range of fields that share a demand for high
standards, comprehensive research, careful planning, clear writing and
communication skills. He is also the author of several successful
travel guides on Latin America.

eight years experience of establishing and delivering management

six years experience of project managing central government and European
funded programmes of between £3m and £800m. His strength in statistics
and IT bring an essential expertise to the team. Phil is co-founder and
director of a successful small business within the creative industries.
